Shipping & Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within  7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

* Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

* Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

* Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

 To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps .

The pepfrog wants you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from us and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly provide you with a refund under the following conditions:

Please provide:
*your original order number
*your name (and/or the name the item )
*You will be given a return authorization number which you will need to submit with your returned item.

PLEASE NOTE:

*It will take up-to 3 to 5 business days for refund to reflect in your account, after the      return item has been delivered and inspected by us.

Any item returned without an Authorization Number will be refused and returned to sender.
