1. Terms of Web -Sale 

 

     Pepfrog terms of sale shall be applied to all the online contracts for the purchase of goods by client from us to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions which you may purport to apply under any sales offer or purchase order. 

 

2. Placing an Order 

 

    All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of stock. When placing an order by the customer,  he  undertakes that,  you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your particular order. Once you have placed an order you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of the placed order. 

 

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that the items ordered are out of stock or  and are  withdrwan by us - Pepfrog.  This might mean that in a multi item order all parts may not be available or that an order is delivered in parts.  When an order is only partly delivered or a part cancelled, or delivered in parts,  the 14 day return period applies to each delivery separate.

 

3. Data Protection and Privacy Policy

a ) Passing your delivery address and telephone number to our courier in case they need to contact you directly if there is a problem with your delivery. 

b) Contacting you by email or telephone in relation to you  having placed an order or an enquiry.
